Confidentiality Policy

At FoundnWell, your privacy matters. We are committed to creating safe, respectful spaces where founders can express themselves freely and receive professional mental health support without fear of judgment, exposure, or violation of trust.

By joining a FoundnWell group therapy session, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Confidentiality is Mandatory
All information shared by participants during sessions — including names, personal stories, business matters, and mental health disclosures — must remain private and may not be shared outside the group under any circumstances.

  2. No Recording or Screenshots
Recording sessions (audio or video), taking screenshots, or sharing any visual/audio elements of the session is strictly prohibited.

  3. Respect for Others’ Privacy
You may not repeat or reference anything another participant shares, even without using their name, unless you have their direct, explicit permission.

  4. Licensed Therapist Conduct
Our sessions are led by licensed professionals who follow HIPAA-compliant practices and state-mandated ethical standards. All facilitators are bound by law to protect your confidentiality, with the exception of situations that involve immediate risk of harm to self or others, or legal obligations such as reporting abuse.

  5. Voluntary Participation
You are not required to speak or share if you’re not comfortable. You may leave a session at any time. However, by remaining in the session, you agree to uphold this confidentiality agreement.
